A different kind of post for you today. An exercise for you to do, which encourages you to take a bit of time to reflect on the experiences that you’ve had in 2017 before you rush ahead with making plans and thinking about what you may want to achieve in the coming 12 months.

We’re generally very good at looking forward. Working out what comes next. Setting our sights on the next thing to get, be or do.

And sometimes, that forward focus is at the expense of acknowledging what we already have and banking all that we’ve experienced, achieved, endured and learnt in the recent months that have gone by and already been forgotten.

Would love to hear how you get on and what you learn from this exercise.

My next post will be Part Two which is all about taking some time to plan how you’re going to grow over the coming 12 months.

How exciting!

Hey there, in case you didn’t know, I’m Hana and I could be your Personal Mindset Coach.

I’m occasionally known to my clients as ‘the lovely stranger’.

I’m here to help you see things from a different perspective, to choose a different lens, to find different ways of thinking, being and doing – so that you can get out of your head and just get on with living a bloody great life.

If you’d like some support exploring this or other fascinating things about you further, then drop me an email at [email protected], and we can arrange a cuppa some time to find out if we might like each other enough to work together.

If you like what you’ve read and want more then how’s about downloading my free ‘Where’s your head at?’ ebookget it right here.

Take care,

Hana
