THE FIRST STEP

What is it?

A one off session to give you a quick but firm boost into action.

What’s it good for?

You’re right on the brink of making a change or getting real clarity or you need a quick shift in perspective in order to move forward. You just need a bit of help, support, guidance, reassurance and/or encouragement to get you over the line.

Where is it?

Sessions can take place at your home or work if local, in my coaching space at home in Wandsworth or via phone or Skype.

How will it work?

Before we meet you’ll provide an overview of the situation via email so we can hit the ground running. We’ll assess the current situation, get clear on your desired outcome, explore and evaluate your options and then get into planning.

You’ll receive a clarifying summary email following the session and I’ll be on hand with email support to hold you accountable for the actions you’ve committed to.

THE JOURNEY

What is it?

A series of four sessions which will take you on a journey to explore how you think, what you want and what you need to do differently to find more contentment and balance.

What’s it good for?

You know that something isn’t quite right – with your circumstances or with your mindset (or both!) – and you know that you need some more time, headspace, support and guidance to work out how to move forwards.

You don’t want to make a snap decision today and you’re smart enough to know your thinking patterns won’t change overnight. You’re ready for things to change and to make an investment in yourself so that things can feel better.

Where is it?

Sessions can take place at your home or work if local, in my coaching space at home in Wandsworth or via phone or Skype.

How will it work?

Before we meet you’ll answer a couple of questions via email to get you into the right headspace for our first session.

Much of our first conversation will be an opportunity to get things out of your head and into a safe pair of hands. It’s amazing how cathartic even just this can feel!

We’ll then move on to get curious about how your thinking and your mindset is impacting the way that you feel and the way that you’re approaching life – this is where things start to get exciting.

It may be relevant for us to explore your values and priorities – to talk about alignment and balance in important areas of your life which will bring clarity.

We’ll assess the current situation, get clear on your desired outcome, explore your options and then get into planning.

You’ll receive a clarifying summary email following the session and I’ll be on hand with email support to hold you accountable for the actions you’ve committed to.

If you’re worried about the cost, I run a referral programme.

For each successful referral you get a free session (essentially worth £120).

CHA-CHING!

THE GIANT LEAP

What is it?

An exclusive and intensive VIP day with me and three follow up sessions.

What’s it good for?

You’ve reached the end of your tether and can’t bear the thought of waiting any longer to get some real clarity and confidence about the way forwards.

This option is particularly good for those who want to work on a specific scenario, big decision or major life shift (as opposed to general mindset which is better suited to a slower medium term approach).

You’re ready to blitz it and think the intensive nature of the VIP day will suit you better than a series of sessions over a longer period.

How will it work?

Before we meet you’ll provide answer a series of questions about your current situation via email so we can hit the day running.

Where is it?

I recommend that the VIP day takes place at my home in Wandsworth so that a yummy brain-fuelling lunch can be included (doggy cuddles can also be provided at no additional cost).

How long is it?

VIP day – 9am-5pm (can be flexed)
3 x 90 mins, usually taken over the 3 months following the VIP day (but we’ll go at the pace that works best for you)

We’ll divide the day into segments which will include:
  • time for a cathartic download
  • exploration of your current mindset & situation
  • a look at values, priorities & alignment
  • exploration of options
  • defining the way forward & your direction of travel
  • breaking the journey down into phases & small actionable steps
  • your commitment to action
  • a moment for a deep breath and some reflection

The follow up sessions are then used to consolidate and ratify your thinking, monitor your progress and give you a boost of motivation.

You’ll receive a clarifying summary email following each session and I’ll be on hand with email support to help you reflect on what we’ve uncovered, prepare you for our next meeting and hold you accountable for the actions to which you’ve committed.
